2. To consider the approval of reasons given for absence.
3. Declarations of Interest
To receive any declarations of interest not already declared under the council’s code of conduct or members Register of Disclosable Pecuniary Interests.
4. Questions from the public
This is a public session, members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Thirty minutes are allowed to raise issues and ask questions of the Parish Council.

To approve the minutes as a correct record, for signature by the Chairman.

To receive information on the following ongoing issues and decide further action where necessary.
The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III Coronation – Update on plaque for the Rowan Tree planted as part of the Parish Council celebrations.
HSBC Bank – Update on changes to the Parish Council business account.
Remembrance Sunday – To discuss the detail of the event to be held Sunday 12th November.
Thrybergh Cenotaph Centenary – To discuss detail of the event to be held Friday 15th December.
Thrybergh Parish Council Pantomime December 2023 – To update council on plans and preparations for the pantomime.
7. Police Report
To update council on the latest local crime statistics.
